Qualified Buyer Index (QBI) - Terms of Consumer Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Qualified Buyer Index (QBI) self-assessment platform (the “Service”), operated by QBI, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Informational Purposes Only
The QBI self-assessment is designed for informational and educational purposes only. Completion of an assessment does not constitute pre-qualification, pre-approval, or loan approval, and is not a commitment to lend.
The results of your self-assessment are based solely on the information you provide and are not verified by QBI, LLC.
2. Not Financial or Legal Advice
The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, or mortgage advice. You should consult with a licensed mortgage loan officer or financial advisor before making any home financing decisions.
3. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
By using this Service, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are using the Service for yourself or with the consent of the person whose information is being submitted;
- The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You understand that inaccurate or incomplete responses may result in incorrect assessment results.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
- Access or attempt to access any portion of the system not intended for you;
- Reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service in any way.
5. Data Sharing and Communication
If you choose to connect with a participating mortgage or real estate professional through the QBI platform, you consent to your information being shared with that professional to assist you in the homebuying process.
6. Ownership and License
All content, code, and materials on the QBI platform are the property of QBI, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QBI, LLC disclaims any liability for damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, or results of the Service.
8. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
