Powered by Equifax data and the trusted FICO 5 model, The QualGauge Readiness Check™ provides loan officers with instant insight without a hard credit pull.

Consumers answer a few questions to see where they stand, while loan officers receive their credit score range, estimated DTI, and contact details.

This helps loan officers build trust and manage expectations with consumers and referral partners.

Each loan officer receives a unique QualGauge™ link and QR code that points directly to their branded landing page. Referral partners also get their own co-branded landing pages with unique links, giving them a direct way to share the Readiness Check with their clients. It’s up to the loan officer and partners to decide how and where to share these links. Common examples include:

• QR Codes on Marketing Materials – Add to open house flyers, postcards, business cards, etc…

• Links in Social Media Profiles – Place in your social media bios or posts for easy click-through.

• Email Signatures – Embed the link in your signature so referral partners and their clients can access it instantly.

QualGauge™ provides the landing page links and QR codes — you choose how to distribute them to maximize visibility and prospect flow.

The QualGauge Readiness Check™ uses a soft credit pull from Equifax® (FICO5), to provide a preliminary credit score range. Because it’s a soft inquiry, it does not impact the buyer’s credit score and does not provide a full credit report. Instead, it gives you an early look at buyer strength without triggering disclosures or additional paperwork.
