From QBI to QualGauge: A New Chapter in Homebuyer Readiness

What began as QBI has now matured into QualGauge (www.qualgauge.com) — a sharper, more scalable way to empower loan officers, real estate agents, and homebuyers. We have transitioned from the mold of our original model to a polished tool that helps gauge homebuyer readiness.
This transformation represents more than a name change. It’s the natural growth of an idea that started as a vision: helping more families access homeownership through clarity, simplicity, and readiness.
Just as the Nehemiah Program that I created reshaped homeownership access a generation ago, QualGauge builds on that same spirit of innovation.
I’m proud to see this platform moving forward under the leadership of an exceptional team:
Rebecca Richardson, AMP , an advisor and spokesperson, will serve as our most visible voice in the marketplace.
Robert Locke , our CEO, provides steady leadership and vision.
Laylee Bodaghee , our CTO, continues to bring depth and innovation to the platform.
As I shift more of my online presence toward my calling as a lead Pastor at the church built with support and the generosity of the former Nehemiah Corporation, I remain deeply connected as QualGauge’s Founder and Visionary.
